Commemoration to an Iraqi Intellectual

The Iraqi Cultural Center in Washington came to Dearborn, Michigan and held a ceremony of poetry, culture and literature to commemorate and pay tribute to deceased Bahaa Aldeen who was an Iraqi poet, writer and intellectual. Iraqi government representatives included Consul Louay Nouri al-Bashar, his deputy, Hussein Al-Fekeky and the rest of the members. Among the participants who came to pay tribute to Aldeen were writers, authors, poets, artists, directors, Cinema and representatives playwrights, and journalists. IHRN founder, Mr. Said Alwaely, attended the event and paid tribute to the Aldeen by honoring him and remembering his generosity, beautiful poetry and his modest lifestyle.
