Blankets for warmth

     Although it doesn’t snow in Iraq, the winter days are still bitter cold. And without proper clothing and shoes, many children become sick. Even worse, without blankets and heating material some young children catch diseases and die. This is because an estimated 5 million Iraqis have become refugees in their own country, forced to move and leave everything behind. And living in small tents, most of their needs aren’t met. This makes a warm blanket to cuddle in unavailable to many. Help us bring warmth to the children of Iraq by donating new blankets, heaters or other heating material that will provide warmth for Iraqi families.
